We inform that,1. ITEO sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Katowice, Mikołowska 51 St. is the Personal Data Controller.2. All data is processed in order to go through the recruitment process on the basis of the consent given by the candidate, i.e. (art. 6 ust 1 lit a, GDPR)3. Job candidates’ personal data will not be transferred neither outside the EEA, nor any international organization.4. Job candidates’ Personal Data may be made available to third parties when such an obligation will result from generally applicable legal regulations5. Personal Data will be saved throughout the duration of the recruitment process and after - for [period of time]6. The candidate has the right to obtain access to his own personal data, rectification and deletion, as well as requests to limit the processing and transfer of data in the conditions specified by generally applicable law, as well as the right to withdraw consent to data processing. The exercise of the right to withdraw consent does not affect the processing that took place until the consent was withdrawn7. Providing personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary for participation in the recruitment process8. The candidate has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection - in each case, the suspicion that the processing of his personal data takes place in violation of generally applicable provisions of law9. Personal data of candidates will / will not be the basis for issuing decisions in an automated manner, as well as will not be subject to profiling

Informujemy, iż1. Administratorem danych osobowych kandydatów do pracy jest spółka ITEO sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Katowicach (40-053) przy ul. Mikołowska 51;2. Dane przetwarzane są w celu przeprowadzenia procesu rekrutacji, na podstawie udzielonej przez kandydata zgody, tj. (art. 6 ust. 1 lit a) RODO);3. Dane osobowe kandydatów do pracy nie będą przekazywane poza Europejski Obszar Gospodarczy ani do organizacji międzynarodowej;4. Dane osobowe kandydatów do pracy mogą być udostępniane podmiotom trzecim, gdy obowiązek taki wynikać będzie z powszechnie obowiązujących przepisów prawa;5. Dane osobowe będą przechowywane przez okres rekrutacji oraz po jego upływie - przez okres [ï];6. Kandydat ma prawo uzyskania dostępu do własnych danych osobowych, ich sprostowania i usunięcia, a także żądania ograniczenia przetwarzania oraz przeniesienia danych w warunkach określonych powszechnie obowiązującymi przepisami prawa, jak również prawo do cofnięcia udzielonej zgody na przetwarzanie danych. Skorzystanie prawa cofnięcia zgody nie ma wpływu na przetwarzanie, które miało miejsce do momentu wycofania zgody;7. Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, jednak jest niezbędne dla możliwości udziału w procesie rekrutacji;8. Kandydat ma prawo do wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego – Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych - w każdym przypadku podejrzenia, że przetwarzanie jego danych osobowych następuje z naruszeniem powszechnie obowiązujących przepisów prawa;9. Dane osobowe kandydatów będą/nie będą podstawą wydawania decyzji w sposób zautomatyzowany, jak również nie będą podlegały profilowaniu.
