If you are passionate about Android and people, it’s time for you to take on the role of the Android Team Leader! We are currently looking for that person to join our team of 16 brilliant Developers.  

What you will do

  • Coordination, supervision and taking care of team development ,
  • Selecting the right people for the team through active participation in the recruitment process,
  • Proper implementation of employees in their duties,
  • Providing constant feedback to employees,
  • Supporting employees in their technical and personal development within the organization,
  • Managing training budget of the team,
  • Conducting cyclical evaluation interviews with employees,
  • Participating in planning employees raises,
  • Planning work of development team.

What we need you to have

  • Experience in the IT industry in mobile development,
  • Understanding of the business aspects of running technical projects,
  • Ability to set priorities,
  • Conscientiousness and exemplarity in action,
  • Commitment and pro-active attitude,
  • Ability to make decisions independently,
  • High interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Ability to build authority,
  • Ability to positively influence employees,
  • Very good knowledge of Polish and English (min. B2 level).
