What you will do

  • Take ownership of BA activities for identifying clients’ business needs,
  • Gather and specify business requirements, translate them to the understandable for technicians form,
  • Prepare drafts of functional specifications with close cooperation with business partners, development teams and PMO,
  • Create and manage product backlogs,
  • Conduct detailed analysis of impact on the new functionalities on existing documentation.

What we need you to have

  • Experience as a Business Analyst,
  • Experience in working with UML and/or BPMN modelling language,
  • Understanding of software development life cycle,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to work across cross functional teams and functions,
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills,
  • Strong command of English (at least on B2/C1 level).
