What you will do
- Selling an innovative bot solution based on voice technologies to optimize any kind of business,
- Managing new business pipeline; acquiring and building relationships with new customers in various industries,
- Adjusting the approach and sales process to the client’s needs in order to maximize the chances of successful cooperation,
- Conducting meetings with potential clients,
- Co-creating offers and negotiating terms of commercial contracts with new accounts,
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate information, and creating a great customer experience for every potential client,
- Representing the company at external and industry events,
- Being up to date with voice solutions and trends.
What we need you to have
- Relevant proven working experience in selling IT products, preferable in sectors such as: public, call center and crisis management,
- Proactivity, ownership, understanding of client’s needs, strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Willingness to travel (when it’s safe & possible),
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- If you feel the sentence work hard, play hard 🙂
