Our sales department is expanding and we are looking for new blood to enrich our team of 10 awesome people.

We are creating a new business line in iteo focused on building our portfolio in the eCommerce industry. The first pivot is behind us, we’ve drawn our conclusions and prepared the strategy. All we need now is you to help us conquer the world – get to know the customers, solve their problems and win their hearts with our work!

What you will do

  • Managing new business pipelines; acquiring and building relationships with new customers in eCommerce operation (mainly for the Shopware platform),
  • Selling the company’s services on domestic and international markets,
  • Adjusting the approach and sales process to the client’s needs in order to maximize the chances of successful cooperation,
  • Conducting meetings with potential clients,
  • Co-creating offers and negotiating terms of commercial contracts with new accounts,
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate information, and creating a great customer experience for every potential client,
  • Representing the company at external and industry events,
  • Being up to date with eCommerce trends and solutions.

What we need you to have

  • Relevant proven working experience in a similar position in the IT or eCommerce industry,
  • Proactivity, ownership, understanding of client’s needs, strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Very good command of Polish and English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel (when it’s safe & possible),
  • Understanding the sentence “work hard, play hard” 🙂

Nice to have

  • Experience in working with eCommerce platforms.
