Our company focuses on long-term strategic partnerships. This role acts as the primary point of contact for specific key clients, ensuring that the company delivers maximum value across all touchpoints.
What you will do
- Growing business within the Logistics/Retail/eCommerce market vertical or account base,
- Leading the full sales cycle (from prospecting, through winning to existing customers management and expansion),
- Generating new opportunities through building relevant relationships by participating in industry network and acting as an expert in the field,
- Partnering up with domain experts and companies to consult clients’ executives on their needs and identify commercial opportunities,
- Building commercial proposals and leading negotiations to start long-term, value-based business relationships,
- Acting as a business partner, nurturing relationships with existing clients and watching over exceptional customer experience on a daily basis,
- Creating and executing account growth plans for a portfolio of prospective and existing customers,
- Co-creating and executing financial strategy for a portfolio of accounts,
- Co-creating specific service offerings, as a part of the go-to-market strategy,
- Staying relevant to the customers by keeping up with the latest industry trends, networking through industry webinars and events,
- Working to a set of KPIs including revenue.
What we need you to have
- Proven working experience in a similar position in the digital industry,
- Experience in building opportunities’ pipeline through outbound activities – market research, business analysis, networking, and referrals,
- Proven business network within one of the company’s key focus industries,
- Experience in leading the full sales process – from prospecting through deal signing to managing and growing the existing business,
- English (C1),
- Willingness to travel,
- Can-do attitude and ability to step out of the comfort zone.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Pipedrive or other CRM systems, prospecting tools,
- Active role in the network (conference presence, social media presence),
- Good command of German or French.
