The role of Client Partner is crucial in order to drive the company’s business growth by building visibility in the designated territory (central Poland/ northern Poland), creating a portfolio of strategic clients for whom we execute digital projects.

What you will do

  • Building sales plans and outreach strategies (marketing, message, events, participation in associations) for the customer portfolio,
  • Executing iteo’s sales strategy in the assigned business territory, acquiring new clients and developing existing ones,
  • Generating strategic projects, developing and selling them (qualifying, identifying decision makers, building relationships, preparing proposals/offers, negotiating, closing),
  • Prepare and deliver presentations about the company, presenting competencies and experience based on knowledge of services and technologies in our portfolio,
  • Building strong and long-lasting relationships with clients based on trust, creating a positive client experience at every stage of contact with the company (through periodic contact with clients, responding regularly to client inquiries, etc.),
  • Prepare quotations and approach proposals for clients in cooperation with presales/delivery departments, provide relevant information to enable presales/delivery teams,
  • Negotiating contracts with potential and existing Customers and ensuring that the provisions therein are in line with the company’s business requirements,
  • Taking care of the development of your competencies and image in the market (company and own),
  • Using the CRM to report on their activities in the market and to manage the sales funnel.

What we need you to have

  • Possess at least 7 years of hands-on experience in the sales of digital/IT services,
  • Knowledge of building IT solutions, technology trends,
  • Ability to build long-term business relationships with C-level management,
  • Ability to identify client’s business challenges, understand what they may be reflected in our services/competencies, and propose approaches to meet those goals,
  • Goal orientation and ability to organize one’s work time,
  • Communication skills, ease of interpersonal relations and positive attitude towards people,
  • Accuracy, meticulousness, commitment,
  • Ability to cope with working in a changing environment, under time pressure,
  • Ability to work with CRM system (Pipedrive welcome) and GSuite or MS Office,
  • English proficiency at a minimum of B2 level both at speaking and writing,
  • Willingness to travel.
