What you will do

  • Modeling of business processes selected for automation by the bot,
  • Designing dialogues and decision trees, prioritizing functionality,
  • Designing dialogue strategies, APIs and whole conversational AI architecture,
  • Implementing a dialogue strategies (in a Hellobot platform),
  • Optimizing bot’s existing dialogue strategies,
  • Gather and specify business requirements, translate them to the understandable for technicians form,
  • Conduct detailed analysis of impact on the new functionalities on existing documentation.

What we need you to have

  • Experience as a Business Analyst,
  • Experience in working with UML and/or BPMN modelling language,
  • Understanding of software development life cycle,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to work across cross functional teams and functions,
  • Ability to make decisions independently,
  • High interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills,
  • Very good command of written and spoken Polish and English.

Moreover, these skills would help

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies,
  • Experience in working in Agile projects,
  • Knowledge of voice bot technoloogies and dialogue modeling tools,
  • Ability to prepare SQL queries,
  • Knowledge of C# or Python programming language is desirable.
