We’re on the hunt for an Executive Assistant to the Board who’s not just proactive but a dynamic force, ready to scale new professional heights.

What you will do
- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings,
- Organizing and coordinating business and private travels,
- Ensuring the flow of information and collaboration with the executive team at the c-level,
- Interacting with internal and external stakeholders, including company clients,
- Gathering information and preparing reports on various topics, such as statistical data, market trends, benchmarking, and relevant legal regulations in the areas of Poland, DACH, and the USA,
- Engaging with institutions and offices such as law firms, notaries, city authorities, both within and outside of Poland,
- Providing support in sales activities, including CRM system management,
- Assisting with daily tasks such as procurement of supplies, organizing private meetings, monitoring health status, physical and cultural activities, and personal interests,
- Managing the fleet of vehicles, including inspections, insurance, and lease payments,
- Administering real estate, including documentation, payments, and coordination and oversight of tasks performed by subcontractors.
What we need you to have
- Proficiency in English at a minimum level of C1, both in speech and writing (must-have),
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to set priorities 🎯,
- Experience with CRM systems,
- Valid driver’s license (Category B),
- Proactivity and a can-do attitude – there are no impossible tasks here,
- High personal integrity, diligence, accuracy, and independence,
- Ease in building relationships and a problem-solving mentality 😊,
- Availability to work at our office in Katowice (ul. Mikołowska 51), with occasional remote work (1 day per week),
- Previous experience in a similar position,
- Very good knowledge of German and/or French, enabling fluent communication, will be an additional advantage.
