Join our team of 3 Specialists who will guide you through the initial stages of your professional career.

What you will do

  • Preparing reports and controlling analyses: Creating detailed reports and analyses for the management board and developing internal presentations,
  • Managing consolidation processes: Effectively introducing and overseeing the consolidation of financial results for group companies,
  • Optimizing reporting processes: Automating and optimizing existing reporting processes, improving reporting tools, and implementing enhancements,
  • Month-end closing: Participating in streamlining month-end closing processes and reorganizing internal procedures,
  • Collaborating with external partners: Ongoing cooperation with banks and leasing companies in analyzing offers and preparing documentation, as well as close collaboration with the accounting office, legal firm, and tax advisor,
  • Supervising settlements: Monitoring and managing settlements with contractors,
  • Working with auditors: Actively participating in financial audits, collaborating with external auditors,
  • Occasional tasks: Recording cost invoices, issuing invoices, preparing transfers, and executing tax transfers.

What we need you to have

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, financial audit, accounting, or controlling,
  • Knowledge of basic economic law regulations (accounting, taxes, Civil Code, and Commercial Companies Code),
  • Understanding of consolidation principles,
  • Proficiency in MS Excel,
  • Analytical thinking and drawing conclusions,
  • Independence in action and the ability to organize one’s work,
  • Passion for numbers and meticulousness,
  • English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level,
  • Commitment, good work organization, punctuality, and a sense of responsibility,
  • Ability to work in a team.
