If you are passionate about marketing and people, it’s time for you to take on the role of the Marketing Manager! We are currently looking for that person to join our team of 3 brilliant Specialist.  

Joining us means a lot of work, lots of changes, but the fun and creativity level reach high beyond horizon. We are a team with a huge list of ideas and too little hands to make them come true. Would you like to help us build a strong brand of modern, IT-oriented company?

What you will do:

  • Create and implement marketing strategies to acquire new clients and increase brand visibility in Poland, DACH, the UK, and the USA,
  • Manage a 3-person marketing team,
  • Collaborate closely with the sales department to develop optimal support activities,
  • Manage tools for marketing optimization and automation,
  • Effectively manage the marketing budget,
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends to identify new business opportunities and develop appropriate marketing strategies,
  • Develop and execute integrated lead marketing generation campaigns,
  • Coordinate activities with external business partners,
  • Utilize tools such as G Suite with Analytics and GSC, Pipedrive, Figma and Jira / Notion,
  • Achieve measurable B2B marketing goals for iteo.

What we need you to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience in a leadership position in the IT industry or a related field involving new technologies,
  • Fluent in spoken and written English,
  • Experience working with the B2B marketing funnel, CRM, and defined lead marketing generation goals,
  • Knowledge of trends and a strong interest in new technologies: AI, automation, cloud, IoT, web 5.0, mobile applications, etc,
  • Ability to agilely manage projects and excellent organizational skills,
  • Initiative, flexibility, and adaptability to work in a changing market environment,
  • Strong process and analytical thinking skills,
  • A focus on achieving measurable goals, efficiency, and effectiveness in action,
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams,
  • Sense of both humor and taste.
