Get to know us…

Our awesome BA team needs you – we are looking for some new blood to take part in improving our clients processes. We closely cooperate with the business team and developers. Performing workshops, eliciting requirements and supporting the business to identify processes that need improvement. Would you like to be part of our Business Analyst team?

Your responsibilities

  • Elicitacion and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements from clients,
  • Designing and conducting workshops together with UX team,
  • Supporting presales process – proposing approach and providing initial insights on the project scope,
  • Creation and maintenance of user stories and other PBIs, close cooperation with dev and QA teams during project development,
  • Creation of analytical documentation of the project,
  • Close cooperation with PO and PMs, bridging business and technical teams,
  • Analyzing impact of new functionalities and changes on the product,
  • Participation in technical design process for projects,
  • Providing functional and non-functional perspective on the project technical architecture,
  • Conducting technical discovery workshops.

What we need you to have

  • Experience as Business Analyst or similar role,
  • Experience in working with UML and/or BPMN modeling language,
  • Experience in working in multi-system environments, general understanding of possible integration types between systems,
  • Ability to establish and maintain business relationships, highly developed interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to identify and document non-functional requirements,
  • Ability to anticipate issues and risks in the project and ability to mitigate them or communicate them clearly,
  • Strong command of English (at least on B2/C1 level).
